Terms and Agreement of Cyber Opinion
- By registering on this website as an user, you agree to accept the terms and conditions listed in this agreement.
- Cyber Opinion portal is a free online bookkeeping and accounting service during the free trial period.
- This online accounting application is designed for computer or laptop users and not recommended using the site using a smart phone or mobile devices.
- After the free trial period ends, user will not be able to access the data without a Subscription Plan.
- Please review the accuracy of Ledger, Daily Transactions (Journal), Income & Expenses account and all Reports during the free trial period before choosing the pricing Subscription Plan.
- Data during the trial period is saved and will be continued during the Subscription Plan period(s).
- Accounting books and Reports are generated in real time as and when the data is entered in each account heads created by the authorized accounting user.
- Data can be edited and corrected using the edit screens provided.
- Cyber Opinion is not responsible for incorrect reports due to incorrect data entry to any account heads created by the authorized accounting user.
- Cyber Opinion captures all date in MM/DD/YYYY date format.
- User can use any Start date and End date for an accounting year. Examples: 04/01/2025 - 03/31/2026; 01/01/2025 - 12/31/2025 etc.
- An organization can register only one accounting year for one financial year period.
- At the closing of one accounting year, the user can create the next new accounting year as long as the Subscription Plan is active.
- In this accounting model, only one Bank Checking (Current) account is used for daily transaction entries, although more banks can be added for special transaction entries, as well as for inter-bank transaction entries.
- By default the current date is automatically populated in data entry screen during the data entry and please change the date, as required.
- Three accounting years of data will be stored in the database for the base Pro Plan. Accounting data will be stored for five years for the Gold Plan and seven years for the Platinum Plan.
- Previous financial year can be used by selecting the specific financial accounting period.
- Accounts and Reports of closed and finalized previous accounting periods cannot be edited and can only be re-opened or re-activated for editing by sending email to support@cyber-opinion.net through the registered login email address, if required.
- Subscription Plan can be canceled by sending an email to Cancel@cyber-opinion.net with the cancellation reason using the login/registered email of the user.
- If Subscription Plan is canceled by the user, then past payments or invoices associated with the customer will still remain and will not be refunded.
- Cyber Opinion uses renowned payment processing provider that enables businesses to accept online payments from customers. It facilitates the secure processing of credit card, debit card, digital wallet, and other payment methods, streamlining the payment experience for both businesses and customers
- Cyber Opinion will be updating the web portal to improve the look and feel of the reports.
